Mission Statement

The Air Support Unit (ASU) provides aerial support to ground operations, assists in pursuits, search-and-rescue operations, and provides surveillance during tactical incidents. Our helicopters are equipped with state-of-the-art technology including thermal imaging, powerful searchlights, and advanced communication systems to support deputies on the ground.
