The Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) is LCSO's elite tactical unit, responding to high-risk situations that require specialized training and equipment. SEB operators are trained in advanced tactics, hostage rescue, warrant service, and active shooter response. The unit serves as the department's premier rapid response force for critical incidents.
